Check out his second video and watch the installation segment. You have to add your drive as an exception in your defender. I'm also unsure if you should use this on anything but a fresh install.

I rewrote Talon. It's fixed now (Introducing Talon 2.0)

Just making the search bar actually local to your PC is so worth it. What a concept!
Once again bringing up Talon which I've now used on my tower and laptop. Ripped out copilot, edge in the search bar, store stuff, and a bunch of other useless garbage. youtu.be/tsMfNKcd298?...
also coming back to skateboarding later in life when I'm a sff writer and seeing there's a company called sci-fi fantasy that is absolutely my shit
Feeling a lot better with this deck now that it's more banged up and used. I need to find a good parking block to mess around on soon and really scuff it up.
Lightly used sci-fi fantasy skateboard deck with a blue bios graphic.
I'm still working on publishing my next novel so keep an eye out for that soon (cover/interior design is cookin right now). I'm thinking sometime in the new year. Also working on a new fantasy novel, and it's definitely my most ambitious project yet. The scope of it scares the hell out of me :)
Got another short story into a magazine. That's now two stories set to be published in 2026! It gives me hope that the last seven years of working on my writing is actually paying off. I still think I have a lot to learn about structuring and editing novel length work, but feeling pretty good!

whole thing is a really good read; i screamed out loud when i read this part
my ears started ringing as I read this and my vision narrowed and now I have a cold sweat
Do yourself a favor and pick up the steam demo for Skate Story. It's so dang cool.
Back to the Bloodsworn Saga! I really like these books. They have a great classic adventure vibe that's easy to settle into. Traveling, quests, lost treasure, monster fights, old gods, big battles, blood feuds. Just a good time all around.
Cover for the Hunger of the Gods by John Gwynne.
Would be cool if there was a way to hide reshares that you've already seen or just turn them off all together.
Moon content is top tier timeline cleanse content. Heck yeah.

I'm also trying to share more art and creative content, because it's genuinely the stuff I most like to see.
Yeah, I totally understand why people share and post about the horrors. It's important that stuff isn't ignored, but boy, my brain is mush and I just need one feed that isn't just putrid current events. I've been frequenting small reddit subs again. Just people talkin hobbies and sharing progress.
just gonna flood my feed with dog pics and bad jokes
I've been scrolling BS a lot less lately, and I think it's due to a lack of personal posts. It used to feel like I followed individuals and now it just feels like a news feed or horrors. I know all social media reflects the times, but man, im so tired.
i need you all to post more daily life stuff. i know we're all here to stare into the void together but i want to know what you made for dinner and what you've been reading before bed between all the void-staring.

Yeah, I def felt that in the remake of 2. The counter to that is the horror and fear disappear after hacking through hundreds of monsters.
Great. Now I'll be calling them Mommy Monsters in my head. JUST GREAT! lol
If there were 50% less combat encounters but the enemies were a touch more dangerous, I think combat would have stayed exciting for longer. But it's a small gripe.
Nearing the end of Silent Hill f and still really enjoying it. The narrative is very compelling and the environments are gorgeous. My only criticism is that it would be much stronger if the amount of combat encounters were reduced. I've definitely hit the "I don't want to fight anymore" point.
Hinako from Silent Hill f
Hahahaha truly a tough life i know
