I won a fancy sewing machine too!? which I will definitely use, but mr singer heavy duty is always going to have a place in my work room so I don't have to put craft foam or leather through the Pfaff or Bernette

Kumoricon was so wonderful this year and the cosplay comp was insanely fun. Ty to the world's best two handlers @doegred.bsky.social and @devilcreated.bsky.social who strapped me into this cosplay and babysat me.

The team is relaxing a long-held policy of certain types of gear glamour only being equip-able by certain roles. "Use any gear in your glamour, irrespective of class, job or level restriction." However, weapons/tools are exempt due to animations.

We lost power for 24hrs during con crunch and I had to boil water to use the steam to style the wig hair in my helmet just like how they styled their kanekalon in the middle ages

I can't say theres no hot glue in the cos because like there's foam work and I will die on the hill that sometimes hot glue is the best glue for the job there, but i haven't started gluing together fabric or trying to use it for structural pieces so like we're in a lot better shape than AX

4-5 months minimum for hoyo cos or I give up on the deadline in the future. I don't wanna have to cut corners on techniques that I have my heart set on because otherwise whats the point on sewing if im not having fun
