................................That wasn't good. It seemed like EVERYONE was having an off day except for Lin Shaye doing her best to work with what she's got and some decent scares plus a well done demon design. Writing, story and character development though???? Oh boy. Direction didn't help.

Well......it delivered on the title and the gore effects are not that bad. Wish I didn't hear the dubbing (I mean, it was the hybrid version but....man was it bad), took me out sometimes. Oh and the twist????? Eeeeeeeeeeeh, alright.

Its also been WAY too long since I last visited Alexandre Aja but instead of rewatching Crawl, I'm finally gonna get to cover his earlier work in his native France with the film that's often been credited as the start of the New French Extremity......bring it on.
