Our Diabetes team are educating healthcare professionals about the signs, symptoms and treatment of hypoglycaemia during Hypo Awareness Week.

Hypoglycaemia, also known as a hypo, occurs when the blood glucose levels of people living with diabetes drop too low.
Every member of our staff can now have a flu vaccine.

Congratulations to Di Bernardino, Clinical Lead for the Day Procedure Unit and Same Day Admission Unit, who is our latest recipient of the Learning Disability/Autism Pioneer Award in recognition of her exceptional leadership in providing a programme of de-sensitisation visits.

Women across Norfolk will benefit from a new mobile breast screening unit which has been officially opened by @TheSheriffHat.

Women aged 50-71 are invited for a routine breast screening appointment every three years. Our four units screen 30,000 patients a year.

Clinical Educator Justine Williams has collaborated with Serco to provide training on how to approach patients at the end-of-life.

They've produced an leaflet which explains what end-of-life looks like and what to expect when entering the room of an end-of-life patient.

Congratulations to Vicky Ransom and Carla Soanes on completing their apprenticeships, earning distinctions.

Both apprenticeships covered aspects of effective communication, leadership and management skills, as well as theory.
