I'm having trouble referring to it as the SCOTUS.

I have thought that myself.

John Roberts is really playing with fire.

He should step up and stop using the shadow docket with no explanation for turning over lower court judges decisions.

Wouldn't it be great if we knew, without a doubt, that these bad people would end up in prison??
