That’s what I did yeah
I set an alarm for myself in the middle of the night (like 2AM or something I don’t remember exactly), got up and to my desk and wrote down what I dreamt. That did genuinely help I think, you just gotta commit to it really

I tried learning it some years ago, it soooorta worked?
For a bit anyways.
But for some reason I can’t remember any nightmares I’ve had since I started that some years ago so… whatever I did it apparently did something LMAO

- Made her appearance more dragon-y.
- Her front torso now has 'plates' down to her tail
- Made her tail bigger and thicker
- Slightly bigger muscles.
- Her arm now has two small spikes protruding out
- Added a few extra markings on her head and lower torso.
- Switched her outfit to be more suitable for a workout trainer
