Getting a mortgage is just rent-to-own housing in which a select group of people qualify to partake and maybe they make it out ahead of where they started. You don't own ANYTHING until the bank gets its' cut. Housing shouldn't be where you place a bet to try and get ahead. It should be for living

My parents never had to force me to read. My parents created an environment that gave me the space to learn and always encouraged me to pursue an education with vigor. Stop handing a screen to your child and sit with them and read a book together. You can watch your TV show when they are asleep

I just... do not understand why so many people are either incapable or unwilling to have a real conversation about what life looks like in the coming decades with AI in the workforce. They truly seem to be under the impression that life will just continue on as it "always has". No change needed
