Logically, they should have pushed the release back until the hate died down. Which makes me wonder if they WANTED the sequel to flop to show the public how her career was affected

If Taylor isn’t willing to defend herself against these kinds of valid allegations, then there’s really no reason for us to bend over backwards trying to defend her. If she’s comfortable letting the art speak for itself in due time, then that’s her choice and there’s nothing for us to do about that.
