I had inspiration and I made this very fat Slot Monster from Rhythm Heaven. Also had to take some liberties for the design since most of it is obscured in the game.

Will you keep feeding him with the slots? I know there's a cake reel in there somewhere!

Doodle time, Dr. Starline inflation!
Clothes make the man they say, but more importantly, clothes make for really good, rounder shapes of inflation cause of how they accentuate the curves. Starline may primarily just wear a jacket, not even pants or nothin, but hey, it's a snazzy jacket!
