I say we turn it into a homeless care shelter. Feed them food, provide medical services, and drug rehab. The people's house doing good for the people.

BTW: You know he wont pay the contractors. He has done this for all of his projects.

Then later you will accuse her of using a personal email and equipment for official government business.
