Made whole fish for the first time. Always been hesitant to cook fish cuz she hates it and it’s expensive. But this turned out great and was really easy!! Definitely going in the rotation.
I’ve had concha, but never really understood the appeal. Other than looking cool they were dry and somewhat flavorless. Until I made them myself and realized how delicious they can be when they’re homemade!
When our kids were little a favorite meal was “low country boil”. The part they loved most was after straining we’d dump the pot onto butcher paper and everyone dove in. No plates, no utensils, but tons of fun
