If you’ve been on my page for a little bit, you will know that Self Love and self-care are big parts of my practice and offerings on my page. Self Love is a practice that helped me out of my deep depression and spiraling negative behaviors, and taught me how much of a bad ass I am.

The feeling of empowerment is often foreign; We often tend to not feel empowered. With emotional mapping, it helps to know where emotions reside in your body. Once you find out where empowerment resides in your body, you can do physical exercises in that area to help boost your morale #witchsky
