Astraea was being constantly kept in the dark and controlled by Clovis. She just wanted to protect people and Clovis wouldn’t let her.

Soteria actually did try to save people and was once again controlled by Clovis. Both escaped their captivity.

They’re long lost sisters who can finally unite.
