So a fun thing that happens when I’m sick or exhausted is that I get very very clumsy. Two days in a row I’ve put something somewhere that seems stable to me, but absolutely isn’t.

Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing?

I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up.
Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?

The best part about working from home is that I can turn around and smooch the baby whenever I want. Also not spending 2-2.5 hours in the car a day. But mostly the smooching.

Ironically, all I was trying to do was dump it out and throw it away because it made the water smell like mildew. The last two Purs I had did that so I’m trying a Culligan now. I’m also keeping it in a less sunny/warm area of my room in case it was that. So yeah.

In addition to the full bottle of water in my bed the other night, I just dropped a full 40 cup Pur dispenser in my bathroom and it shattered all over and flooded the bathroom. I almost slipped and killed myself cleaning it up.

I don’t remember any specific campaigns/battles. I know he was in it, but IIRC correctly he doesn’t really like to talk about it much. I think you can see how it influences him often. I’ll keep an eye out on this rewatch. I haven’t watched it in a long time. It was one of my favorites years ago.
