If you have anxiety & don't respond well to gunfire then you need to do more than some safety tips. These enforcers are going to assault/main you for your beliefs. This is a war where only one side wants to kill the other. Protest armed & with other armed people if you want safety.

Novel argument - Using the proof of something existing as proof it will continue to exist. Perhaps I should invest in everything all at once. It's a technology that's stuck in 2010 which makes it hugely different/vulnerable to attack over time & all of the coins are now fully centralized.

Because "originalism" was always just a excuse. It allows these people to just deconstruct everything decided in the last 250 years to suit their own goals. Conservatives have always started with goals & worked backwards. Originalism will be abandoned when it doesn’t give a reason for their view.
