Grandpa is unstoppable now.

A big draw here for me was how much extra stuff it comes with. That poor Action Base 4 could barely handle it though, it's heavier than it looks - lots going on inside. Also comes with a spare Core Fighter.

"Fat Cat" 1/100 RG RX-78-2
Completed 2025-10-21

Some of those joints were so tight my thumbs were sore for days afterwards. That kind of works in its favor in the end though - it's an absolute joy to pose. Kind of did my own thing with the decals since the MG Origin ones I had didn't quite fit.
My 8bitdo ultimate randomly disconnects on average of once a year so it's impossible to troubleshoot, but it's happened at the worst possible moment every time. 10/10 controller other than that
Sure, I'm in. Had my eye on this one but have been buried under everything that's come out the last few months.
I saw this post a while back and had the exact same thought. I always believed I was just an, I dunno, low energy person. Turns out I just wasn't actually sleeping.
First game that came to mind was Garou: Mark of the Wolves

I had no idea about this driver, I was actually going to try and play Half Life Alyx this month while I still have some time on 23H2. I've got an HP Reverb G2 that I assumed was going to be a brick in about a month.

Been kinda absorbed in Hades 2 but I found some time to work on the decals. The ones I have, I bought for the MG Origin Gundam but I ended up getting the Fat Cat instead. I was surprised how incompatible the decals are, the RG design is very different. So I'm just doing whatever I think looks cool.

I think the only game I ever got at Sears was Donkey Kong Country for Game Boy. Weirdly, Canadian Tire here used to sell games and it was where I got a lot of my games, mainly because my dad went there often. They even had PC games, got Lands of Lore there.

Hundred Line, but Lumines Arise isn't out yet

All the building on that is done I just haven't gotten to the decals yet. It's cool but my thumbs hurt for a few days after some parts, lol. Some very tight connections but I think if you did the original RG you might have an easier time if you recognize that a peg needs to be sanded a little.

Mike Haggar for Silent Hill mayor

Yep, that's exactly what it is. There are hobby branded ones but seems like pretty much the same thing, might as well save the money.

Huh, I had no idea. That's been my most wanted returning monster for quite a while now though.

I really hope they nail it. Gog needs to be terrifying.

This is a trap, if you say no Segata Sanshiro will appear, throw you about 20 feet then you'll detonate in a massive explosion

I went there thinking I'd enjoy it for mundane weeb reasons, but it instead exposed my previously unknown weaknesses to transport infrastructure and building model kits

And that's all the building. It comes with an absurd amount of accessories which is definitely a selling point, do think it's funny the hammer chain is just a metal chain too. Up next are decals - going to use some Delpi ones I got for the MG Origin I originally planned to buy instead.

That was the first gunpla I ever built and I can say with confidence that it has the worst stickers I've seen so far, lol. I've got the Wing Zero one too but I'm just gonna paint that instead.

Lots of progress, and the mechanisms of this thing are very cool, but man these joints (similar to the ones above) are really tough to assemble. I had to throw in the towel for the night because my thumbs were too worn out to continue.
