The list does as it says in the name. You follow 8 accounts which are marked as problematic Zionism. If you want to avoid being placed on numerous lists, as you currently are, you should be more selective in your activity and less spammy.

I maintain a moderation list of zionist apologists. A lot of them have abnormal activity and are probably bot farms. The rest are accounts that engage with their most concerning content.
