It is much safer and reliable to use strength as a mechanism to build mobility.

This change in intention will allow you to build your way into new ranges… new movement options.

Heres the truth: most people post what they are proud of achieving!

But to achieve something implies there was a point you weren’t there and had to take consistent actions.

Reframe intimidation as a potential future you can work up to if you so choose to.

But to get there, you must first start.
Linear movement patterns will only get you so far.

Getting creative and expressing force in different angles gives your body more variety-more data and experience it can pull from.

By the time you go back to linear paths, your body will be much stronger and adaptable.

3 Sets is for Beginners!

That being said, sticking to 3 is limiting you as you are not pushing the volume enough to induce massive adaptations in the body.

Start doing 4 and 5 sets and see the difference in your body and performance.
The perfect workout will not get you your dream body!!

What will give you the body and confidence you look for is consistently moving in the ways best express you.

There are hundreds of ways to get fit. Do the ones that resonate with you.
