Hi everyone, I’m MTGLabMan. I’m new to the community, but not to the game. I’ve been playing MTG since the early 2000s and saw the platform as an opportunity to become a positive voice in the community. I’m always looking to foster a positive and safe gaming experience for everyone.

Fair enough, Lutri is banned, Yurion doesn’t work with commander format and Jegantha can be run as a 5 color commander in and of itself so your reasoning is valid. I’ll keep it at a maybe if they ever go back to Ikoria.

Veggie, not the Lurrus drop. Think companions should be restricted to the corresponding two color color identity. The border of the card is two colors.

I’m in the keep things the way they are mindset. But with the Return to Lorwyn where hybrid mana was a key component of the Shadowmoor sets I think that is where the thought is coming from, probably designed a bunch of hybrid cards that could be restricted to color identity rules as is.

Something to keep in mind for these brackets is that they're conversation tools. If you're playing an aggro or voltron deck that *could* take a player out before the "correct" turn, tell the other players. These aren't supposed to be rigid. It's about aligning expectations, not defining power-level.
