This appeals court needs to go. Too many times trump just court/judge shops til he finds one that bends over. Then the judicial branch makes themselves just another failed institution. Over and over and over… when the population at large finally snaps they will act surprised..

Most aren’t even fully literate. They can’t function without slang. This was exactly my point about the old guard. They can’t relate. The old guard is also responsible for our education system being rendered obsolete and out performed by many many other countries.

At 54 and my wife teaching jr high kids, we can’t keep up with their issues and slang without asking our 22 and 24 yr old kids. Sometimes they don’t even know. How you think you can stay in touch with them at 75 is a mystery to me.
