Daddy caught you with your paws in your diaper weeks ago. To help deal with "your little problem", he instituted thick mittens after bathtime into your bedtime routine.

At first it wasn't so bad. Having them slipped on during change time just before bed, and taken off first thing in the morning.

I'm becoming such a good baby tiggy.
This morning while walking up I felt a familiar tightness in my guts and automatically squatted down and made big pushies. No thoughts or pause. Just a good baby. 😵‍💫

Oh I definitely get that. Happens to me too. Thankfully I have a few close friends that are helping me do the punishments. (Video rec the dice rolls and showing proof of completion) Being able to adjust and adapt when things don't work out how we wanted is a great skill to have as well.

Super nice write up of how things are going. Sticking to the rules isn't always easy.. glad I put in some babyish puniments to keep things focused when I do fail. I think you are doing a fantastic job at staying baby brained even if you need more little baby time.

Very much an illusion of control for a little potty pants like you. Body just pushing out in an automatic response to building pressures. Good to remember that if you hear Puddle sneeze better check that pamper too, Just in case.
