Keir Starmer is my MP. This is the letter I wrote to him today.

Mr Starmer,

Let me tell you about this ‘stranger’.

“Sesame Street” and its sequel, “The Electric Company,” were, “with lapses, the most intelligent and important programs in television,” Renata Adler wrote, in 1972.

Nope. That honour belongs to Cameron. He put it to a vote. Farage just took the foreign money and rode the wave of Cambridge Analytica misinfo. He’s a pig but Brexit would’ve been a pipe dream if Cameron didn’t try to save his hide by putting it to referendum.
Can parents opt out of their children learning about Christianity or heterosexuality? Seems an absurd slippery slope and one that is sure to make LGBTQ kids and families feel otherised and less safe.
When I was younger, I was a homicide investigator working for the defense teams representing Florida’s Death Row inmates. I visited these men and women and knew them as humans. Some were innocent. Many were not, but neither were they animals deserving of extermination. It is a barbaric practice.
Wow. Pass the Pigs is taking me back!! And I didn’t realise it was found on both sides of the Atlantic. Love it!!
The public transport is so clean. I hear some people complain about it and I think they have never seen public transport in other places!

It is also the 150th anniversary of the birth of Norwegian psychologist Helga Eng, who in the 1920s was noted for her studies of the development of children's artistic capacities and sense of visualization. She passed away in 1966.

Any breakdown of the funding going to men vs women owned businesses?
We pay ours £20/hr through the WeCasa app. His name is Carlton and he is the most calming presence in our home. Lovely guy.
I’m sorry. I have immigrant family in the US and understand.
I think we can do both. I feel your concern that by criticising Starmer we set ourselves up for a worse option. The same was said in the US. But the Dems didn’t listen & that’s why they lost. And that’s why Labour will lose. Not because we criticise them but because they won’t listen to us. ✌️
I’m also fond of oik and numpty 😂
Me too! He’s a dream. 😍
Three cheers for the middle-aged American to Nordy student immigration pipeline! 😂
That made me giggle. Thank you 😂. I may also have to tut loudly and make a cuppa in protest!
I needed a lawyer b/c as a consultant I travelled out of the UK so much I had to prove each trip was for a specific client etc. 🫠 I hear ya on the dreams! Mine was panicked calls to my US banks asking for EACH PAGE of my ENTIRE BANKING HISTORY to be notarised & sent overnight to make a deadline.
