I'm glad you highlighted Ilona and the work she is doing for women's rugby. It's great to see successful women in a sport that has often been characterized as masculine.
Billie Jean King was a professional female tennis player throughout the 60s and 70s. She fought for women's equality and most notably beat Bobby Briggs in the "Battle of the Sexes". She challenged the norm that women could not compete with men athletically.

With a full time career I imagine my time for physical recreation will be more limited. I imagine I will continue going to the gym, and playing women's club rugby. But, my time devoted to athletics will be more limited.

In my definition, a sport is a form of physical competition that follows set rules. For example, I would argue leisure swimming does not qualify as a sport because it lacks aspects of competition and regulations found in competitive swimming.
