There's too little information about endometriosis. Way too little info and understanding, it's making afab people truly suffer from horrid pains etc. Not to mention they are not listened to, understood and believed. "Oh it's just--", that's not right! Doctors are supposed to help, not belittle!

It disgusts and pains me how afab people don't really have a right to their own bodies. It's horrible, wrong, cruel! Suffering from severe pain, infections and whatnot is not a life worth living. I am NOT saying, that it should end, the practice of medicine needs to change! Drastically!

This was shocking to read. Absolutely disgusting, how can doctors be so dismissive, when someone is in PAIN?? I got lucky and got the diagnoses for endo and after several years, the beginning of this year, I got the surgery to remove my uterus. It took a year of fighting about it, but I won.

INDEED! Like.. none of my piercings have really _hurt_, neither have any of my tattoos. It's more soothing and calming than painful, lmao! It might be also because it's "controlled pain", we can say when it stops and then continue, when with endo it's just "pain pain pain, endure it bitch."

As a former endometriosis patient, I know exactly what you mean... it is pure Hell! Just.. pain that nearly makes you faint. Continues for hours, painkillers don't work well etc.

Well.. at least tattoos and piercings don't hurt almost at all because of it, hahaha...ha... 🫠
