I think ultimately a lot of people don't want to have to consider all of the above and refine their gameplay and strategy just to progress in a game. I agree that the game's difficulty is absolutely fair, but I also think that people not enjoying it for these reasons is fair (but a huge shame).

It's a tragedy that this game's legacy is being hurt by it being too challenging/unforgiving for a lot of players, because apart from that (fair) criticism, it's damn near flawless. I'm probably less than half way through and it just blows my mind more with each passing hour. 🥹
