There's no gray area here. It is patently illegal, not to mention immoral, to "free" prisoners (or, in some cases, hostages) by sending them to third countries and barring their return home. Of course, preventing #Palestinians from going home is a practice as old as #Israel itself.

This is about the Arab NATO that was being promoted in Trump's first term and was a priority during the Biden's.

But it does have the potential to end the genocide. It is what Biden could have done, but refused to, and what Harris also said she would refuse to do.
