This birthday reminded me how powerful words can be. Being poured into by my friends and family filled my heart in ways I didn’t know I needed. I’m so used to giving but this time, I received. Thank you for speaking life over me, praying for me, and loving me so deeply. 💖

No one really talks about friendship break ups and the hurt / grief of not having that person in your life anymore. Not being able to call/text someone you used to cut for wholeheartedly… it’s a heavy shift, but I’ve learned that some chapters just don’t get reopened.
