It turned out that it was automatically entering info from previous returns on the mobile app, and we had to go back through and figure out which form needed to be removed. I've never had that issue in the past. I wanted to take the standard deduction, but it kept running like I was itemizing.

I have yet to encounter ICE, but as a white American citizen, I feel like it's my duty to start speaking exclusively in Spanish if I'm ever within earshot of them. I may even put a Mexican flag sticker on my Beetle.

I'm more than happy to waste their fucking time.

I don't want to hear a single word about protesters "not being serious." Authoritarians can't stand being mocked. Inflatable costumes, goofy signs, and protesters doing the Cha Cha Slide make it harder for them to push their bogus "warzone" narrative on Fox. It makes their footage unusable.

This was a great interview. I don't know how he kept his composure. I got worked up just listening to him describing what he went through. I hope his lawsuit is successful. There was absolutely no reason to use force or even detain a US CITIZEN AND VETERAN.

Just spent 5+ hours filing my taxes (got an extension for 2024) and that was a nightmare. Shout out to the customer support lady who spent hours on the phone with me trying to figure out why the website was throwing errors. Bonus points to her for helping me stay calm, and not crash out.

I mean...he was really onto something back then. I love how he said he needed something more entertaining than books and friends, and having 3 hares binkying around his home and behaving like assholes seemed to do the trick. 😂 I've never related more to someone from the 18th century.

It's true! I believe his home is now a museum with lots of artifacts related to his hares. He had a seal fob with 3 faces, one for each of his hares.

I made a few videos about him a while back. He had 3 house hares to treat his depression. His poems about his hares are beautiful, and I highly recommend reading his essays about his hares.

I've always been a firm believer in using an airhorn to make it harder for him to propagate his lies on camera. It's bad enough they let him speak without immediately pushing back, but even if they did, why give him a sound bite that can be trimmed down & replayed?

As a behavioral consultant for kiddos with ASD, I can tell you that everything I recommend for my clients can be useful to NT kiddos. The more I experience in my career, the more I relate to them. I also love watching NT peers become more patient, supportive, and inclusive than previous generations.
