Srebrenica was a massacre that happened during the civil war where Serbs assassinated Bosnians while the UN watched. How is that related to Russian influence? While it was one of the worst war crime, can you explain how you’re linking pro Russian stance to Slovenia by using this example ?

True but how does that relate to former’s Yugoslavia’s stance with the USSR? Melania was born in Slovenia which was anti Russia not only because of Tito but also due to the atrocities that the red army committed against civilians post war.

You’re equating a post civil war country’s stance to the political position of a country that stopped existing in 91. It’s a false equivalency. Also Yugoslavia was firmly anti USSSR.

Accordingly, if an individual across the street from a federal building throws a rock or bottle at FPS officers on federal property, as many of these rioters are wont to do, FPS can leave federal property and either arrest the malefactors or take other appropriate action in line with FPS's continuum of force policies. FPS could even enter a private residence containing an identified sniper blocks away from a federal facility in order to eliminate that exigent threat. There is simply no legal barrier to FPS taking action off federal property where a reasonable nexus to protecting that property exists.
