Do you think it might just be they want to make as much money now and not about finding new things to maximize revenue on? They think "Oh, we'll make more money in 2035 so I'll be OK with getting 80% of that but getting 120% of my revenue now"

The Jets had -10 passing yards today. The last time that happened in an NFL game was in 1998 when Ryan Leaf went 1-for-15 as the San Diego Chargers starting QB and they had -19 passing yards.

Hell, a team has only had negative passing yards 9 times in the last 40 years. (According to @stathead.com)
