I had a meeting this morning that literally went almost like this, and I tried really hard to not come off like an asshole when I had to explain why we weren't able to make a definitive decision today (because nobody brought ANY. DATA.)

I beginning to see the problem. Admin straight up told me nobody liked him because he'd tell teachers they weren't doing things right and would reject referrals because they had "bad data". And listen, I don't want to be another bad guy, but my god was he right.

This year I'm the new psych at this one school that a former coworker used to have. I remember he'd get pissed when teachers would bring him referrals with no data and no interventions, and he'd share that some would even try to circumvent the entire process to put pressure on the school to test.
