I’m definitely not, but it’s going to be extremely funny if they have warehouses of GPU’s that can’t be used, because the lead time for a new high voltage transformer is three years.
I’m also wondering who is going to build the power stations. 26GW is more power than several countries can generate, and building a new power station plus related infrastructure takes longer than a datacenter.
This is Madelief, a cat that really prefers to hang out at the train station to relax and get pet by loads of people. And it’s always nice to see her when I have to be at the station

I know just enough about the period to be interested, and would like to learn more about it. It does sound like a lot of extra research work on top of all the other things though.
If spending less time here means spending more energy hanging out with friends, or doing creative endeavors? Go for it.

I’m getting flashbacks to the time I tried to get into an Alcatel switch. (It has a different pinout on the console port and doesn’t work with a Cisco console cable. It has to be special)
A canal in Delft (on Harman Phoenix)

I got very lucky and got some classics during that era. But I dread having to replace them at current prices if something goes wrong.

Interestingly enough the digital cameras I couldn't afford then have become somewhat reasonable in price. I got a 5Dmkii for €300 last year.
Damn, that's a big camera. I'm looking forward to see what photos you're going to make with it
It really seems to be a design goal of bluesky to be able to reach as much people as possible, without consideration that somebody might not want that.
I only get glimpses of what it means to get on the discover tab, and I hate it. People I don't (want to) know looking at my stuff and being weird.

It's one of the aspects of Cohost I miss, getting reposted by a furry and seeing all kinds of weird creatures liking my photos and being respectful
I feel the same. I take the dopamine where I can get it, like posting on glass or sending photos to my friends, but something is off.
I think I should stockpile some of the original Harman Phoenix, because I got some really good results on 120 with my Fuji GSW690ii
I think the tower has some foundation issues
