Buybacks artificially boost share prices and inflate CEO pay.

The typical worker at these companies earned $35k last year.

Meanwhile, the average CEO was paid $17.2M

a govt employee I know told me that, the military families and other govt employees to take out loans to survive during the shut down. That shocked me . Because if you are stationed overseas that can be a lot of money, and how do you know how much to borrow. Oh and the banks are US credit unions
