This is a conversation on my Facebook page with a {gasp} black MAGA. 😱

MAGA is totally devoid of intelligence and reasoning. They will say anything to avoid accountability of Trump. Now, Ronald Reagan was no good to them... He was just an actor. LMAO
He got more Trumpy as the morning wore on. .. Almost like he admired Trump. It's a painful thing to see.
I can't even buy car parts for my project muscle car.
Look at that shipping cost and what other duties tax will they tack onto it?
Oz Pearl an got me on that, in a way. I thought of my Uncle Jimmy 😱
Surprising, Ignatius said some intelligent things this morning. He does feel like a Fox-Lite "journalist" most days. He kisses Trump's azz regularly. Sickening.
Great idea. Keeping them for off-line reference ID a landmine, as proven by Trump. Look at the reverse-naming of Fort "Bragg" using thr flipmsiest of rationale.
Also, black history is being wiped from wherever they can.
Cuomo is desparate to shake up the race by any means necessary. In a non-racist world, he wouldn't have a chance.
Trump will keep chaoticizing (OK, I made that word up) our economic situation by announcing tariffs for different countries for dingbat reasons, part of which is to create market turmoil for his insider trading scheme.
Relatively speaking, 47% tariffs is not a win for us paying duties on Chinese goods.
I haven't paid attention to Deutsch comments on Israeli/Palestinian conflict so can't speak to his position, but I trust your observation. That does not negate all other reasonable or truthful things they might say, is all I'm saying. But I will call them out for their bigotry whenever I hear it.
I can point to over a dozen views I agree with Joe on for every one I disagree. We must learn to debate, but not deride people, for having sincere opposing views. You don't win hearts and minds starting out with vitriol and hate.
Like I said, my friend, I disagree strongly with Joe's views on Israel & Palestine he thinks because the Israelis were "given" a "promised land" and lived there thousands of years ago, that justifies the West taking over half away from the Ottoman Empire who were there for 100s of years up to 1948.
Where did this 16% for Insurance premium increase figure come from? It will be way more than that.
An Israeli soldier was killed because Netanyahu is sending them into Gaza. Leave Gaza alone. How many people has IDF killed in recent weeks? I hate when @morningjoe-msnbc.bsky.social is not balanced in their reporting of this.
I kinda missed Donny Deutsch. His commentary is often fun to listen to and he does sometimes give great marketing advice. If they leveraged his marketing insights more, I think that would add value.
I love you guys, but I don't think your criticism of Joe Scarborough and @morningjoe-msnbc.bsky.social is fair. All comments are negative and you're not listening to the entire of his commentary. Some days I think he's wrong-headed discussing Israel & military in our cities. But on balance he's OK.
Tubberville? Really? @mikebarnicle.bsky.social just said out his mouth everything I'm thinking. The rest of the panel and Joe all correct and are making the case.
For the time being we in IT can work to integrate AI into the work flow and demonstrate human knowledge is essential to steering & managing it. Have you ever seen AI write a lawyers legal argument or a movie script? They make up hypothetical court cases & push them as real. Scripts get repetitious.
I don't care if some politician takes these ideas & runs with them. Too many ppl and other politicians see their job as tearing down the opposition, not collaborating, compromising & negotiating solutions for the American people. They'd rather deceive their base into thinking everyone else is evil
This new landscape demands a shift from traditional task-based work toward roles that emphasize creativity, collaboration, and ethical decision-making, where AI serves as a powerful tool rather than a replacement.
I think it's possible that workers can find jobs by embracing continuous learning, mastering in-demand human skills, strategically leveraging AI-powered job search tools, and building a strong digital presence.
Maybe I should run for office. I've served in the military, I've been in IT from PC repair to Network Admin & Engineer to Software and Database development. Some of us in nit are talking about Ai integration.
