My most hideous work of art “Tiny Tyrant of the Great Divide” Started this disaster piece in 2018, spent years working on it at nights in between other responsibilities. Shoved it into storage after 2020 hoping that it had just become a moot point. Very sorry to see it’s still relevant.
Me and my unsettling art at the Humboldt Courthouse 4/19. Appreciating the diverse people showing up to these events to express concern and build community, at least that part is heartwarming. However most everything else is disturbing. Demand accountability and due process! Demand radical change!✊🏽
Been shirking my responsibilities to make and take art to the various local protests. Here’s a glimpse of Saturdays International Women’s Day gathering at the courthouse in Eureka California. Cheers to solidarity. Fight for your rights friends! ✊🏽

Tucson AZ, the city wide gem and mineral shows here are bananas. Always blows me away the incredible beauty that the earth holds, and the ingenuity involved in bring things like this to the surface. This insane ~20’ amethyst and calcite specimen from weltderkristalle is no exception. 🤯🤩🤤
Mucking out the aquaponic filters to prep my victory garden has me admiring how much my scaly friends have grown since I took this video a couple years ago. Seems kind of important not to slack on gardening, or even being outside touching grass this year. Things are definitely coming unhinged… 😵‍💫
Thanks that means a lot. I hate the topic too but feel like its important to highlight. Pretty heartbreaking thats even necessary. I’m just shook by the unfolding of this last week, dunno how to proceed creatively now. 🫠 Yes I have! Been a while tho, will need to go take another look. Thank you! 💖
Thanks!!! I love experimenting with tools and techniques like this 😌
Thank you! Appreciate you checking it out and for everyone boosting this post 🥰❤️
One of my first & favorite guilloche pieces. Made this on both a rose engine & a straight line for the center honeycomb like pattern. Was born out of a series of accidents which of course I cannot seem to recreate even when I try 🫠

Sweet! Thanks for the tips!
Pacific Northwest vibes. Coming back home to Humboldt from a week of Guilloche/ornamental turning class at Memoria Technica in Seattle in ‘23. I love travel, especially to learn new skills, and always coming back to this view. The trees here have my heart 💚

Woah, super cool! What a great use of them!
One of my favorites so far. Shipped this skullpture overseas recently, really miss it after spending so much time working on it. 💖

Some of the mosaic skullptures I’ve been working on the last few years. Made with Mexican and Italian Smalti tiles, reclaimed vintage porcelain flowers, quartz crystal, and whatever found objects fit ✨

Thanks! Sure, that would be great. I’m definitely looking for like minded individuals and art communities. New here but amazed at how Bluesky peps have been so nice and welcoming 🥰 Love it. Thank you! 🙏
Thank you! 🙏 I kinda hate it, lol, but I very much appreciate the sentiment since it took forever to make. Pulled it out of storage to maybe add some other supervillains to the burning side as things devolve….
