Hi, I'm Melody C. Turtle, an author and VTuber from Australia.

On stream I like to play Mystery games and RPGs, build Lego sets, and host quiz shows. Off stream I write stories, make games, and just generally have too many projects going at once.

Maybe I'll change my mind after living there for a while, but I don't think I'm gonna stay past my one year lease. This was really just to make sure I'd have somewhere to stay when I'm forced out of my current place, next year I can afford to be a bit more choosy I think.

I finally got to the end of that Umamusume fanfic I wanna write in my planning thing, but there's still a good chunk of gaps I've gotta fill in. Mostly, like, training scenes and stuff between big races. 🙂

For all I know, they might not even make her playable. Maybe she'll just be another, like, boss horse like Almond Eye currently is, but at the same time I feel like they'd be stupid not to let people pull for her.

Like, the main reason I didn't see CyGames ever adding foreign horses as playable trainees is because the game is set solely in Japan and they wouldn't be able to build a career mode around them, and then here's Forever Young showing up with only about half of his races taking place in Japan.

So apparently CyGames is planning to add Forever Young, a horse belonging to their parent company's president to Umamusume, and on one hand, the horse seems pretty cool, on the other, I'm really wondering how this will work in game when most of the horse's big wins were overseas.

Okay so, going by today's results, I can make about 5 trips back and forth to my new apartment before I completely run out of energy and need to rest. We'll see how that changes once I get that trolley for the big things.

Side note, wish I could have done this not on the edge of summer. 😅
