For me, there's only ONE choice for Mercedes tag partner.
They would be instant favorites and it sets up an easy way to have THE REMATCH everyone is HORNY for once they break up. Since they're both heels, the rematch doesn't need to be tied to a tournament like the first one was.

It was as if the G train decided to put on a singlet and wrestle. He was genuinely one of us. He spoke and carried himself like a guy you’d see coming off work and complaining about the Mets. Just like us, the city made him tough, and he didn’t take any sh*t. He was our champion. All city.

Here’s something people overlook: Two of the biggest WWF champions from the '90s, Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels, you know, the ones with a match in Montreal, people still constantly talk about. Both of them came from nuclear hot tag teams in the '80s, the Rockers and the Hart Foundation. #aew

Some smart women out there should consider forming a tag-focused group, like a Female FTR, rather than pairing up two singles. I'm sure it's been done before, but that's what really rocketed tag teams' popularity in the '70s and '80s.
