Idk how to explain it, but it just clicks one day. With help of a psychiatrist/therapist & a book. I recommend this book, “set boundaries, find peace” by Tawwab. Def explained I was doing a disservice to myself in many ways🤎🤎

I think it’s a google problem cause my storage on iPhone is full and they haven’t started that bs yet. I made a google photos acct and it def updated recently to notifying me more on “sensitive photos”. I was gonna switch to android later on, but idk now 😞
