Like i have to always be running in those aspects...like it's not a big issue with work and tbh i do work better with external deadlines but it's a big problem for my internal motivations and personal projects and i wanna create again sigh

Go slower but like idk how to describe. But i was watching someone play a very cozy city builder and i realized even when there's no time constraint, i played the demo like there was and kept wanting to hit the goals right away.
I wanna train in a way that lets me slow down that part and not feel
