if you saw me repost that three times: yes you did. trying to explain otaku: japan's database animals in one sentence that doesn't devolve into the usual cliche description of "otakus and postmodernity" is hard.

TL;DR: i recommend otaku: japan's database animals, a few (auto)biographies in audiobook form, and the theologians by borges.

it might just be an issue where the sensor can't see that there are actually pages in the paper tray when there's only few sheets, though.

i wish i could understand the inner workings of a printer's mind...... i can print whole artbooks no problem But then i ask it to print 4 labels from the paper tray and it's like. Nope.

SO GOOD... i love how the two mirrored figures from the first painting went from looking up to vomiting and sort of adding to the "river" in the middle of the second one.... it feels like a dream/memory playing out slowly across time.

the zines took Quite a while to handpaint, so i tried doing a 2 pass print like i did with the Sour zine [first colors then lines]... and they came out beautiful!!
