Not sure mine can be accurately dubbed the ‘first comprehensive’ account given it’s coming out a couple of months after yours!
Write to them once you’ve judged they’ve been unresponsive for long enough, tell them that you will be going to another reviewer, and politely suggest they’ve acted very unprofessionally (and, if appropriate, to the detriment of junior colleagues).
