#OtD 9 Jan 1973 in Durban, South Africa, workers at the Coronation Brick & Tile factory went on strike. Roughly 100,000 mainly Black African workers were striking, and succeeded in doubling wages and worked towards racially mixed trade unions stories.workingclasshistory.c...
