Frankenstein is generating so many polarizing ratings on letterboxd is crazy. Either wanting it to be more like the book or they're upset it isn't like the book. Either way, it was extremely my shit. 5 stars.

And even in those individual games there are levels. I love Path of Exile. Found out a coworker also plays, but once we started talking quickly realized he was waaay into PoE compared to me. He was a spreadsheet build guy and I was the casual. We had a good laugh about it but that's it.

But it's so specific. Student Loan Forgiveness but there are 3 conditions attached. Pell grant condition aside. Most people don't start a business, nor do they run it in a in a disadvantaged community. Such a small pool of people.

How is this supposed to get masses exited to vote for you.

It's been awhile since I've read it. It probably aged a bit since then. But I think it's worth a read, the author wasn't a "horror" person either iirc. But it was interesting.

To be fair, Back to the Future is a perfect film. I was just surprised on the 2nd one. People kept praising it and I found it beyond terrible. Maybe the trump allegory just doesn't ring the same anymore.

My big holes were Back to the Future and Star Wars. Both were fixed in recent years and my takeaway with both series was "I guess I had to be kid huh?"

Second movie of October was I Saw the TV Glow. I loved it, but I can see why some people aren't in tune with it. A bit of escapism can help get you through life, but eventually you do need to escape.

the old ladies at work are already watching hallmark christmas stuff. Hallmark needs to step up for some halloween movies. A woman goes back to her small town in october and falls in love with a pumpkin spice farmer or something.

First horror movie of the month was Clown in a Cornfield. Which is a series of books inspired by old slashers movies then made into a slasher movie itself. A snake eating its tail scenario but delivers on the titular clown in a cornfield alright.
