Every child should breathe good quality air in daily life, helping their health during the school day.

Great to join @london.gov.uk of London at #Battersea's St Mary's School to launch his initiative to provide indoor air quality filters to at least 200 schools across all London.
Football has the power to bring everyone together but only if everyone one of us commits to rejecting racism in all its forms.

📌 I'm looking for a hardworking, talented Constituency Support Manager to join my brilliant team

This is an exciting, fast-paced role that will support my constituents and help to make a real difference to people's lives.

Cutting the levels of affordable homes to just 20% is, in my opinion, the wrong decision and will impact negatively on Londoners, especially the 1000s of children homeless or in temp accom And if that wasn’t bad enough, councils will get the option to not charge developers an infrastructure levy.

It is fantastic news that Lavender Hill Police Station will remain open for local residents to use when they need an officer.

Huge credit must go to my friend @marshadecordova.bsky.social for her relentless campaign to save the Station.
While Lavender Hill Police Station’s front counter will only stay open with reduced hours, I am pleased the Met has listened to me on the importance of keeping #Battersea’s only front counter.

Thank you to residents for writing to me and signing my petition.

For families, #Battersea businesses and those who've been continually squeezed in the cost-of-living crisis, the negative impact of Brexit still looms large.

It is right for the Chancellor to highlight the damaging cost of Brexit to this country.

Some politicians and commentators continue to denigrate London and talk our great city down, but the facts show a very different picture.

The number of homicides in London in the first nine months of 2025 was lower than in any year since monthly records began 22 years ago.
🍃 Thanks to the hard work of @london.gov.uk Sadiq Khan, the level of nitrogen dioxide in London has fallen to within legal limits for the first time.

I was pleased to ask the Secretary of State how he is tackling the link between air pollution & death, to create longer, healthier lives for everyone
🚨NEW: Wandsworth to receive £150,815 in grants for family hubs, breathing new life into family services & give every child the best start.

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Building on Labour's proud legacy of Sure Start, these centres will help #Battersea families with early development, nutrition, socialisation and SEND support
I have written again to the Met Commissioner to urge him to reconsider the decision to close the front counter at Lavender Hill Police Station.

To ensure continued public trust & confidence, we must retain this critical point of contact.
🤝 Helping constituents is the bread & butter of what I do - It's why I was elected.

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Supporting families in #Battersea like this one ensures we build a stronger community, with better outcomes for all.

The Govt's 10 Year Health Plan, with its focus on prevention & high-quality community care, is so important to delivering life-saving care when & where needed.
Following the findings of this pilot, I will continue to call on the Govt to get behind a national study – to ensure we have the right data and understanding of our population's eye health and hearing needs.
