He dug his hole deeper, actually. The Speaker of the US House of Representatives was a Democrat, Nancy Pelosi, in 2022. Republican won a majority in November, but in January 2023, it took FIFTEEN ballots for Republicans to agree to have Kevin McCarthy as Speaker, a job he had for >9 months

The An-2 is a solid🇺🇦design. Antonov's first after doing gliders. It's one of the world's most-produced aircraft. License-built in🇵🇱🇨🇳. Discontinued in 2009, it was the longest-produced aircraft in the world. It was passed by the Cessna 172 and 182, still in production

In the cracking process, you can increase the fraction that yields high-octane base stock, reducing the amount of octane enhancer that needs to be added. That process requires a catalyst. That catalyst is poisoned (rendered ineffective) by sulf(ph)ur

Urals crude is crap (so is Venezuelan) so it trades at a discount. They do have a premium crude back east that used to get a premium over the world standard Brent crude, but the recent sanctions f-ed that up for them

Sulphites (SO2 ion) show up in preservatives. Sulphides (S^2- ion) tend to be poison

For completeness, sulphates (SO4 2- ion) tend to be laxatives

Suffixes in chemistry are very important. Know your IUPAC terminology
