Today in #Catalonia we celebrate our #National #Day.
Even if celebrating the loss of the Succession War (1713-14), where we officially been annexed to the Kingdom of Spain, we celebrate that after 3 centuries of trying to eliminate our language, history, culture and traditions, we are still here.

The earthquake in Afghanistan is a humanitarian disaster. The world has to send help, yes. But with one non negotiable condition: Rights of women and democracy has to return to Afganistan. Without that, no foreign help should go there.

The power of editing the photos to help getting the story behind the shoot.
Some will -wrongly- think that editing is manipulating, but editing is making the photo show what it was intended for. Editing is as old as photo, as is known that in the 19th century photographers edited their photos too.

One of the most famous person from Bergen (Norway) is the composer Edvard Grieg. Know for many piano pieces and the Peer Gynt suites, among many more compositiions, we can find that nice statue of him in the modern city center.

Heddal Stavkirke is the biggest wooden church in Norway, build in the 12th Century. It's impressive and so beautiful to seen either outside and inside. And the cemetery surrounding is beautiful.

Love to take photos to create big panoramic views. That one is Bergen (Norway) from above the Fløibanen funicular in Mount Fløyen. It took more than 20 photos to create the panorama.
