it took 4ish hours to cut up 2 bushels of apple drops and seconds to fill three 2 gallon jars. this will make about 3-4 gallons of vinegar. the two mason jars are full of elderberry juice and pulp that i made earlier and will divide among the three jars. #fermentation #vinegar #autumn
