The Supreme Court is hearing Louisiana v. Calais. It could gut Section 2, the last real protection in the Voting Rights Act.

If Louisiana wins, states could silence Black and Brown voters. As she says, “If you can’t talk about race, there is no racism.” Discrimination becomes invisible.

Finished So Thirsty by @rachelharrison.bsky.social Good book, fast read. She has a unique style that makes you look at things a little bit differently. While some of the plot was predictable, her style and insight keep you locked on and drinking more. Kind of like if you were…so thirsty. Thank you!

I’m sure I will. My Libby hold on Fourth Wing finally became available last night after two months and I found it comical that my mental reaction was “no! not yet I’m having too much fun!”

I haven’t read horror in years, forgot how fun it was.

Stephen Miller said the quiet part out loud. Trump has “plenary authority,” then suddenly went silent. Their plan wasn’t to be public yet. Clearly, someone hit the panic button in his earpiece.

It gets weirder: CNN uploaded the interview with the “plenary authority” comment edited out.

I think that just supports your reason for leaving that platform. You made a conscious effort to not choose to normalize it, but it also allows your brain to not become numb to it. You are 100% right
