Here are some photos from one of my best days on Big Island after my phone dropped off the lanai. I used my hubs’ phone to get these. We hiked into a walk-in only beach, and this mother & baby monk seal put on a big show of affection in the shallows. So cute! More photos in the comments…

Feeling very hobbit-like… I missed breakfast this morning so I ate tuna salad in endive leaves for an early lunch at about 11:30; went to the wine tasting room downstairs about an hour later to sort my subscription & they were serving pasta & meatballs so I enjoyed SECOND LUNCH🍴😜

Total life reset in process… slept in until 8:30, made myself a tall cafacito pour over with a little Dagoba Mexican cocoa added, and queued up a binge watching weekend of ‘Ghosts’ on Kanopy while I clean and organize the condo. Beautiful soft rain this morning in Geyserville. ❤️ to my Blueskyers!
