it is I think relatable to many. It’s pretty easy to compare where you are to others in an era where humans are suddenly aware of thousands of their peers

I’m letting myself chip away at little bits of work, reminding myself that I can do nothing if I want and time will still pass

despite what I deem as failures, I’m still alive after all

and I feel more ok picking up what I dropped in the past. But. MAN THAT’S A LOT OF STUFF 😅

it’s hard, I don’t feel like I have clear attainable goals that excite me so much as a lot of work in every direction, but I’m also aware now I am. A little afraid of putting in effort

happens when your efforts seemingly crumble, so I gotta tackle that

yeah ! you can build a lot outta cubes and blocks shxusnsjdfvs and I find it more fun to think of perspective as building blocks rather than math

yes ! here wait, messy diagram real quick

cubes and squares are the basis of a grid so if you learn how to find their perspective lines and accurately bisect them it becomes much easier to duplicate them for quick perspective

which is very useful for figuring out how big/small something is 👀

hehe YEAH ok yeah my recommendation is get weird with it, make easter eggs you think no one will notice and just have fun taking in the place

also if you can learn how to duplicate cubes in perspective it becomes 10x easier 🫡

REAL I started building momentum and then was so stuck on where to start. comic, portfolio, website. everything feels like a mountain artistically and i feel like i’m in a valley between it all and VERY short in gear 😭

doing stuff with more people helps too though

I’ve kinda always struggled with this though, I’m only now discovering the things I really like, and even then it’s vague. My identity isss messy 🫠

I envy people who feel like they know who they are 😅

I like uhhhh… astrology and saving bugs but even that feels just like the right thing to do

haha, yeah, i’m notoriously bad at knowing what i like though 😅 and there’s so many productive artists and humans its hard to imagine anything I do can’t just be done by some else

I wish I knew what made me happy, one of those great easier-said-than-dones
